Operating Policy

Lessons are offered on an ongoing, weekly basis, on the same day and time. Purchasing lessons reserves your discreet time slot for the duration of the semester or year. To maintain the time slot, the renewal tuition will be due on the date of the last lesson in the block. Changes to regular lesson times are possible on a per case basis, depending on mutual availability.

There is a limit of one cancellation per semester, two per year, to be made at least 72 hours in advance, which will be rescheduled. Dates and times for rescheduled lessons are assigned at WMLLC’s discretion based on mutual availability. If you cannot be available after a reasonable attempt to reschedule, the lesson is forfeited. All lessons cancelled with less than 72 hours notice are forfeited (with consideration given to emergency cancellations due to illness etc.). Makeup dates will be provided for all cancellations by WMLLC.

If after the first lesson you decide to discontinue lessons, you will receive a refund for the remaining lessons, less a $100.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds from the second lesson onward.
